Feb 102011

It’s your last chance to place orders for The Undercurrent! Here’s their final reminder:

The February 2011 of the The Undercurrent is about to go to press, and we wanted to let you know that you have two more days to get your orders in! Orders close this Friday. You can place your order by visiting our website at http://the-undercurrent.com/order.

The Undercurrent, for those of you who aren’t aware, is an Objectivist newspaper written towards the college audience and distributed on college campuses. If you run a campus club and want to promote it, or are just interested in spreading Ayn Rand’s ideas on your campus, TU is an excellent tool for doing so.

This edition features articles on the fading idealism of Obama supporters, drug prohibition, ‘green’ energy, and government spending. You can preview the edition by visiting our website: http://the-undercurrent.com

We sell TU at cost, but understand that most college students have very tight budgets. If you would like to distribute but cannot afford to do so, please let us know. Send us an e-mail at contact@the-undercurrent.com and we will likely be able to find a donor to sponsor your distribution efforts.

For those of you who are beyond your college years or don’t have any time to distribute, we would greatly appreciate a donation. We’ll use your donations to fund student distributors in your local community or region of the country, or to support deserving distributors in other locations. For more information about donating to The Undercurrent, please visit http://the-undercurrent.com/donate or e-mail us at contact@the-undercurrent.com. TU is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Last year, over 77,000 copies of TU were printed and distributed at over 50 locations throughout the US and Canada. With your help we hope to do even more in 2011!

I’ve already ordered a few hundred copies for my local Objectivist club to distribute. I encourage you to do the same!
